myTHDR Employee Self Service Login

Here are the steps to login to myTHDHR ESS portal. Whether you are the current employee of The Home Depot, follow these instructions.

  2. Tap on ‘Self Service’
  3. At the bottom of the page, choose ‘current associate click here to login.’
  4. Enter the store AIS/LAN ID, user ID and the password to get into the members area.

If you are a former associate and staff on LOA, check these steps

  1. Visit the ESS portal of myTHDHR login.
  2. Select ‘Self Service’ tab and choose ‘Former associates and associates on LOA, click here to login’ label.
  3. Enter Last Name, Date of Birth, Last 4 digits of your SSN followed by captcha to identify yourself as an inactive associate.
